So, what does it say about us that my kids both love mac and cheese?
Maybe that’s normal.
But, they really love the laziest kind possible-the kind that comes already in the bowl. All I have to do is add water and press the number four on the microwave. I don’t even have to wash a dish.
What about that?
And, to top it all off, they love it best with Panko breadcrumbs across the top.
Really? Is my question.
What does this mean? Are they little foodies? Are they normal? Am I raising spoiled rotten food snobs?
Most little kids I know don’t even know what Panko is. Much less would they want it on their mac and cheese.
I wish I could read the tea leaves at the bottom of the plastic Kraft macaroni bowl.
I guess it means they are just plain little kids whose crazy momma is trying to feed them the best way I know how.
Or, at least that is what I hope it means.
At least they are eating and are happy. And I have never claimed to be normal.
Someone pass the Panko…
