I have very little cooking talent, really. Everything I learned is from The Food Network and trial and error.
Lots and lots of errors.
I have also learned a lot from the kind folks at the Viking Cooking School. I adore them.
I have taken seven classes from Viking, and they have all been worth every penny. Recently, several of the gals and I took the Italian Dinner class.
We learned how to make homemade pasta, meatballs, and two different sauces.
Luckily, I recently got a pasta machine.
