Potatoes with cheese and bacon
Dates with Cream Cheese Wrapped in Pancetta
Five pounds of peeled potatoes, boiled until ready to mash
One pound of easy melt cheese i.e. Velveeta
One jar of mayo
Mash the potatoes and add the cheese and mayo. Mix. Bake to form a nice crust at 350 for 20 minutes or spread in a crock pot. Before serving, top with bacon bits.
Crazy good and full of calories. Yum.
